The warranty is void if the vehicle is damaged in any way or the vehicle does over 500 miles during the warranty period. Buy A Banger reserves the right to refuse any warranty. This does not influence your rights under consumer protection legislation.

Buy A Banger will go through the car you love in detail. This will include any potential future issues we might discover and what they may mean for you. We are different. We do this so you can make an informed decision on the car you buy and there will be an acknowledgment of any of these should there be any on the car in question. Nothing hidden. No big surprises. Buy A Banger is not responsible for any costs for the recovery of a vehicle to their nominated facility in order to activate any authorised warranty. Any costs for repair or inspection away from a Buy A Banger approved garage, not pre-authorised in writing by Buy A Banger will be rejected. The deposit option under each vehicle is designed to offer a fair and unweighted system to book an appointment and reserve a car for viewing and operates independently of any sale agreement for any vehicle. Paying a deposit in no way represents an agreement of sale nor does it guarantee the buyers rights to view or purchase a vehicle. Buy A Banger reserve the right to cancel any appointment or refund any deposit without notice unilaterally.
